Tropical Wellness was established in Key West in 2005 by Julie Ann Floyd, M.D. We have been serving the local community for nearly 20 years.

Speciality care In Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is available for all musculoskeletal problems and diseases is available. This includes Orthopedic-type conditions, Neurology-type conditions and Rheumatologic-type conditions.

We also offer care for problems that stem from sports injuries, car accidents and work injuries.

In addition, we also offer Primary Care services for those that desire personalized care for full body wellness and health. This includes annual wellness visits, diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as hypertension, blood sugar issues, fatigue, rashes, cough/cold.
